Alessandra holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário de Brasilia – UniCEUB (Brazil) and a Master’s Degree in Education – TESOL (Teaching English to Students of Other Languages) from Queensland University of Technology (Australia). She is currently in the process of obtaining a Professional Certificate in Translation from University Estácio de Sá (Brazil). She has about 10 years of experience teaching English to students of various age and language levels in Brazil, in the United States, and in Australia. She has worked with translation for about 5 years, starting her career working at Embassies in Brazil.

Fernando holds a degree in Administration from CEDUP (Brazil), a degree in Pedagogy from FAEL (Brazil) and a degree in English Language (Translation and Literature) from UFSC (Brazil). He is currently in the process of obtaining a Professional Certificate in Translation from University Estácio de Sá (Brazil). He also has certificates in several areas of Translation (Subtitling, Dubbing, Game and Software Localization). He has been working as a Translator and as an English Teacher since 2009. He also has vast experience in Business Administration and Human Resources, which gives him a great background of knowledge in these fields.
